Uruguay are a team who can definitely cause any country in the competition a number of problems. The South Americans performed impressively in qualification for the World Cup and finished second. They will go into the tournament confident of ruffling a few feathers.
They find themselves in Group A which is a group they are favourites to win. Their squad boasts the likes of Diego Godin, Edinson Cavani and Luis Suarez which shows how talented their side is.
Uruguay haven’t released their final 23-man squad, but they have released a preliminary squad in the last few days for us to have a look at, and it’s an impressive list at that!
