In less than a month, Egypt will begin their World Cup campaign against Uruguay in Group A. Egypt stormed through qualifying with just one defeat, finishing top of their group. They find themselves in quite a tough group at the World Cup, but it could have been worse for the North Africans. They will fancy themselves to get through to the knockout stages.
Egypt have picked their provisional 29-man World Cup and that is what we are going to look at today.

Hector Cuper is a very experienced coach and the Pharaohs will be hoping he can push Egypt to the next level. Here is the provisional squad he has chosen:

Of course, the one name that really stands out there is Mohamed Salah who has been in quite brilliant form for Liverpool this season. With him in their side, they certainly have a chance of progressing from Group A.
