Wales v Ireland, Six Nations Rugby
- Date: Sat 16th March
- Location: Principality Stadium
- Time: 14:45 GMT KO
Wales currently sit top of the Six Nations table having won all four of their matches and are one step away from being crowned the Six Nations champions.
Wales are set to name an unchanged side from the one which beat Scotland 18-11 last weekend. Liam Williams is fit to start despite being forced off with a shoulder injury in last week’s match.
Wales’ opponents, Ireland, still have a chance of winning the Six Nations themselves.
Ireland would need to be victorious, and Scotland would need to cause a big upset by beating England for Ireland to win the coveted Six Nations trophy.
If Wales fail to beat Ireland and England beat Scotland, England will be crowned Six Nations champions. What do you think? Is this Wales’ year? Will second-placed England leap frog Wales into first place?

This weekend the new Formula 1 season gets underway with the Australian Grand Prix which will run from 15th – 17th March in Melbourne.
This Formula 1 season is shaping up to be one of the most exciting and interesting in many years. Will Lewis Hamilton retain his title, or will Sebastian Vettel and Ferrari finally get one over their biggest rivals?
With the likes of Red Bull’s Max Verstappen and Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc looking set to have strong seasons, some truly great action awaits Formula 1 fans.

The Players Championship
- Date: Thurs 14th March – Sunday 17th March
- Location: Players Stadium Course, TPC Sawgrass
The Player’s Championship is the unofficial ‘fifth major’ of the golfing calendar. The Players Stadium course in Jacksonville, Florida is renowned for the so-called ‘island green’ on the 17th hole and according to Matt Wallace, this is a “proper, proper golf course”.
All 50 of the world’s greatest players will be in action in this four-day tournament which begins on the 14th March.
Tiger Woods will be competing despite picking up a neck strain which caused him to withdraw from last week’s Arnold Palmer Invitational.
With a field of star names and players, this year’s tournament, which has been brought forward by two months, looks set to be a cracker.

Leeds United v Sheffield United Championship
- Date: Sat 16th March
- Venue: Elland Road
- Time: 12:30 KO GMT
This Yorkshire derby sees Leeds United take on Sheffield United as second faces third in the Championship.
Saturday’s afternoon clash from Elland Road looks set to be a tasty one, with just two points separating second-placed Leeds from Sheffield United.
Leeds have home advantage and come into the game on the back of three league victories in March having not conceded a goal.
However, Sheffield United are in excellent form themselves and have only lost one league match this year. They also haven’t conceded a goal in six matches, showing the defensive strength and resilience of Chris Wilder’s team.
This looks set to be a cagey and low-scoring affair and we think a draw is the most likely result.
What do you think will happen?

Wolverhampton Wanderers v Manchester United FA Cup 6th Round
- Date: Sat 16th March
- Venue: Molineux
- Time: 19:55 GMT KO
The FA Cup enters into the quarter-finals this weekend with four fixtures taking place.
The stand out game sees the Premier League’s seventh-placed side Wolverhampton Wanderers take on a rejuvenated Manchester United, who currently sit fifth in the Premier League table.
Wolves go into the game on the back of some indifferent form having won just one of their last five Premier League matches.
Manchester United, on the other hand, are a team reborn under interim manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
Man Utd have shown some scintillating form since Solskjaer’s appointment and look like a team revelling under his stewardship.
Wolves will have a full squad to choose from whereas Manchester United will be without the suspended Ashley Young and the injured Antonio Valencia, Alexis Sanchez and Matteo Darmian.
This Premier League clash has the makings of an excellent FA Cup quarter-final. Will home advantage lead Wolves to an FA Cup upset, or will the Red Devils bounce back from last weekend’s 2-0 defeat against Arsenal and progress to the semi-finals?
We predict a Manchester United win by a goal or two.
